Care and Advice
Your blonde doesn't end when you walk out of the salon
Because the real magic happens at home, babe.
Salon quality, at home.
You’ve invested in your blonde. You’ve had the foils, the toner, the salon moment.
But what happens next matters just as much.
You could have the best colourist in the land (if you’ve been to my salon, you do, babes 😍) - but if your after-care game isn’t on point, your results won’t last the way you want them to.
Consistent, healthy, show stopping blondes are about more than just the salon visit.
They’re about what you do between appointments.
The right products. The rituals that protect your investment. The small habits that make huge difference.
Why aftercare really matters
→ When you bleach, you’re lightening hair, opening up cuticles and changing structure. Without proper care, that hair becomes more fragile.
→ The colour you see in-salon is only the start. To keep it bright, even, and healthy you need to maintain it.
→ Skipping on the home care means you risk brassiness, breakage, dullness - and none of that screams “fresh blonde.”
You’ve come this far. Let’s make sure your blonde still looks incredible in 4 weeks, 12 weeks, and beyond.
My at-home blonde rituals (Yes, I’ve got you)
- Gentle cleansing - Use a sulphate free shampoo made for blondes; harsh formulas strip the tone and dry out the hair
- K18 treatments - Especially after bleaching the first time; keep the hair strong and resilient
- Toning maintenance - A toning hair mask once a month to keep brass at bay
- Limit heat & protect - Bleached hair is more vulnerable; always apply heat protectant even if your not using styling tools
- Trim & nourish - Getting rid of wear and split ends keeps your blonde looking clean and fresh
- Sleep ritual - Soft scrunchie, silk pillowcase, low heat dryer; all the little things add up
What I recommend (and actually use in my salon)
I only share products I trust. Products that perform. Products I’ve tested behind the chair.
